5 tips on how to QUIT smoking
Do you ever know that smoking cigarette is killing 7 million people every year?
The World Health Organization or known as WHO recorded 7 million people died for smoking, 6 million of those deaths are the result of direct tobacco use while around 890,000 deaths are the result of non-smokers being exposed to second-hand smoking. There are 7,000 chemicals in one lighted cigarettes and it will all enter your body.
If you value your life and want to live more years don't you think it's time to quit?. Well most smoker find it very difficult to quit, and it's true it is easier said than done. Here are the 5 tips to stop smoking.
- You must have the mind set and a strong will to quit smoking. Most of the people only quit smoking when already diagnosed having lung cancer and others already experienced heart attack. It may not be easy but it will be worth it.

2. Physical exercise, be active on sports and other outdoor activities. This will help you divert your attention to minimize the urges of smoking.

3. If you feel the urge of smoking, eat something sweet like candy or if you have a lime then better. Lime has a rich content of antioxidant and vitamin C, this will reduce your cravings.
4. Vaping or using e-cigarette. Quitting will be very difficult for heavy smokers, so the process must be slow to be very effective. You cannot quit smoking after 1 hour, your body will begin craving for nicotine which make you moody, drowsy, having tense feelings and even sleeping difficulty. Although vaping is another form of smoking it is a very good stepping stone to quit smoking cigarettes.

.5. Self discipline. You are the master of your own body, nobody can help you the most except yourself. Most people attended group sharing for people who actually quit smoking, others have done hypnosis and acupuncture just to strengthen the mind and body to eradicate the urge of smoking.
