The Leader I Admire Most

An effective organization requires  an effective leader. A strong nation requires a strong leader. In the history of "The Philippines" one of the best leader I admire most because of his leadership skills and strong personality is President Duterte.

President Duterte is the 16th and current president of the Republic of The Philippines. He assumes office last July 2016. During his term he pursue his war on drugs which results to thousands of people who have died by police operations. I admire his sincerity to resolve problems in any means. I believe that the countries drug problem cannot be solve in peaceful means due to severe addiction of pushers and users all over the country.

Duterte gained the trust of millions of Filipino people in his advocacy to make a better Philippines. He manage to win the Presidential election with a landslide. Majority of the Filipinos trust him despite of all the black propaganda throws againts him. This shows how a leader connects to his own people.

Duterte manage to start the Build Build Build programs of the government despite of the limited access to resources and funds. This traits shows that he is a very resourceful person. He is also a good negotiator and a good speaker. He manage to attracts foreign investor to invest in the Philippines. Duterte's infrastracture project is the biggest project in infrastrature since the beginning of time.

I admire Duterte for his clean records of corruption cases. He has a clean background in serving the government which I believe is very important to a leader. There was never a graft and corruption case filed againts him since he was a Mayor of Davao.

I also admire Duterte's foreign policy except his stood on West Philippine Sea issue with China. I believe he has a strong leadership style which other country leaders respects. The way he deals with his fellow leaders are remarkable and show a strong leader. His unforgetable comments to some of the world leaders are just one of the examples to show how strong he is.
