Organinizational Goals ( Staffing)

 What is Organizational goal? First let me explain about the organizational goal. Organizational goal is a strategic objective of the company's management establishes to outline expected outcomes and guide employee's efforts.

 There will be 5 organizational goal which is planning, organizing, staffing, influencing and controlling. And today i would like to discuss about Staffing.

 Staffing it can be defined as the one important function in making a company or making an organisation. It's involves of recruiting an employee of any organisation and filling the vacant position of the right personnel at the right job, at the right time.

 For the efficient performance of other functions of management, Staffing is its key. Imagine for an company for commencing the organization, it's not complete if they do not recruit any of the employee. So then, it cannot perform the functions of the management like planning, organizing and control functions properly.

 As for recruiting any vacancy, we can commercial our company and make it known  to the public. So that they can full fill the requirement. The right type of climate should be created for the workers to contribute to the achievement of the organizational objectives. So by performing Staffing function effectively and effeciently, the management is able to describe the significance and importance which it attaches to the personnel working in it enterprise. In other ways, for making  the personnel to attach in it enterprise, they should commercial it in a proper way and channel, so that others can attract to join them.

 As for my personal experience, i also go through this. How to apply for that certain vacancy at that company. The interviewer ask a lot of question at me as to know  whether i'm  suit enough to take the responsibilities. I go through some process and i can see how they interpreting me as well as my ability so they can full fill their company's requirement. This is an example of Staffing that i have been through. As you can see, Staffing is very important for the company to get the best quality of it.
