Top Delicacies you won't want to missed in Batangas

The province of Batangas Philippines is known for a rich and fascinating places. When they say Batangas, the first thing that will come to your mind is the word "TRAVEL" if you knows Batangas or been through here. Batangas is not only rich in sceneries but also rich in food delicacies which you might only found here in this very place. Here are some list of a food which you never want to miss when you visit Batangas.

1. Batangas Lomi
This is one of my favorite food. Everytime i went back to Philippines, i  always try to find this Batangas lomi. Its some kind of noodles which is little bit sticky and plenty of toppings you will surely enjoy. It is best be serve hot and eat together with your girlfriend or boyfriend.

2. Batangas Special Bulalo
This is the most common beef delicacies in Batangas which you might love even if you doesnt like beef. The mouth watering taste of the hot served soup of bulalo will surely blow your hungy stomach. The beef is made fresh from the market which gives the taste more than an ordinary bulalo. Although the price is a little bit high but it is worth your penny. 

3. Batangas Sinaing na Tulingan
This food might look an ordinary dish for you but when you taste it, you might want to ask where to get this food. It is a locale food made by saltening the fish so called tulingan in tagalog. It is best serve a day or two after cook with a plain rice and a vinegar with chilli. To be honest it is one of my favorite local food in my place. 

4. Batangas Kapeng Barako
For  those coffee lovers all over the planet this kapeng barako of Batangas province is a must to taste coffee. If you want to experience what they so called "barako" which means fearless or brave this coffee is the right coffee for you. The name describe its taste. It also very natural and 100% made from coffee beans.

5. Batangas made Kalamay
Its halloween time so its kalamay time with matching kapeng barako. Its a normal tradition for filipinos to celebrate All Saints Day with kalamay and other rice cakes to commemorate their love ones who passed away. 

When you visit Batangas make sure to try this before going home. It is worth it.
