Tamarind & Ginger Chutney

| Heat 2 tbsp of oil. add 1 tbsp of cumin |

| Add pounded of 3 inch of ginger and 5 cloves of garlic |

| 500 ml of water and 5 lemon size of tamarind extract |

| Add the tamarind juice |

| Add 2 tbsp of raisins |
![]() |
| Add 1 tbsp of chili powder |
![]() |
| Salt to taste |
![]() |
| Add 1 tbsp of chili flakes |

| Add 4 tbsp of palm sugar. Remove from heat once started boiling. |

| Tamarind & Ginger Chutney is ready to be served with dosa. |
