South India side dish
Tamarind & Ginger Chutney
Heat 2 tbsp of oil. add 1 tbsp of cumin |
Add pounded of 3 inch of ginger and 5 cloves of garlic |
500 ml of water and 5 lemon size of tamarind extract |
Add the tamarind juice |
Add 2 tbsp of raisins |
Add 1 tbsp of chili powder |
Salt to taste |
Add 1 tbsp of chili flakes |
Add 4 tbsp of palm sugar. Remove from heat once started boiling. |
Tamarind & Ginger Chutney is ready to be served with dosa. |
